Iron Butterfly fitness is a boutique fitness studio located in the Lindenwood Park neighborhood of St. Louis at 3234 Ivanhoe Avenue, 63139. We offer private and semi-private training, group fitness classes and nutrition coaching.
I'm Michelle Beauvais, owner and trainer and am accustomed to working with men and women of all different ages ages, abilities & fitness levels.
Having been through a weight loss transformation myself I understand what it takes to make significant lifestyle changes. It's been many years since I started this journey and the most valuable part has been the people I've met along the way. A community of fitness oriented people, of all shapes and sizes and ages, with the common goal of moving forward in health. My desire is for Iron Butterfly Fitness to grow as an extension of that community. Regardless of your current fitness level you'll find support here. All strength programs provide the dual benefit of building muscle and bolstering cardiovascular health. Starting or continuing a strength program is, by far, the most important action you can take toward improving your fitness level!

Group classes are a great way to get in shape in an energizing motivating environment. You will simultaneously lose pounds, increase muscle definition and condition your cardiovascular system. We offer a variety of group classes designed to provide maximum benefit to any fitness level. Healthy nutrition does not come in a "one size fits all" package. Some may need to address a chronic health conditions, such as diabetes or heart disease, some want to gain muscle while others want to shed excess fat. By using a sustainable habit based approach we address your individual needs and goals by equipping you with a set of tools to achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Challenge runs 1/7/23 thru 2/11/23.
Participant only class starts Saturday 1/7 @ 8:30a. Participants must come in the week prior for a body comp scan. Scan results at the end of the challenge will determine the winners for highest fat loss percentage and most overall weight lost.
A 3rd winner will be chosen for most class attendance & mini challenge wins combined.
Each winner receives 2 private training sessions and 1 month of unlimited classes!
