Iron Butterfly fitness is a boutique fitness studio located in the Lindenwood Park neighborhood of St. Louis at 3234 Ivanhoe Avenue, 63139. We offer private and semi-private training, group fitness classes and nutrition coaching.
I'm Michelle Beauvais, owner and trainer and am accustomed to working with men and women of all different ages ages, abilities & fitness levels.
Having been through a weight loss transformation myself I understand what it takes to make significant lifestyle changes. It's been many years since I started this journey and the most valuable part has been the people I've met along the way. A community of fitness oriented people, of all shapes and sizes and ages, with the common goal of moving forward in health. My desire is for Iron Butterfly Fitness to grow as an extension of that community. Regardless of your current fitness level you'll find support here. If you're looking to build a stronger body, drop a few pounds, have the ability to keep up with your kids or make healthier food choices you've come to the right place.

All strength programs provide the dual benefit of building muscle and bolstering cardiovascular health. Group classes are a great way to get in shape in an energizing motivating environment. You will simultaneously lose pounds, increase muscle definition and condition your cardiovascular system. We offer a variety of group classes designed to provide maximum benefit to any fitness level.
